What We Supply
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
With its lowest acidity achieved by cold pressed extraction, our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the 1st standard quality olive oil based on the top Greek olive oil varieties coming from the north and south of Greece such as Ladoelia, Manaki, Koroneiki, Athinolia, Kalamata and Halkidiki.
We also have the option of P.D.O. Extra Virgin Olive oil which guarantees the location of origin of our olive oil.
VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Also cold pressed any olive oil which does not achieve the levels of acidity of Extra Virgin is labeled simply as Virgin. Our Virgin olive oil retains the main characteristics of a more competitive still tasty alternative to Extra Virgin.
OLIVE OIL
Pure Olive Oil, classic olive oil, regular olive oil, or more simply "Olive Oil", would be those oils of the olive fruit that do not qualify for the virgin designation due to acidity levels and other factors.Â
Pure olive oil usually is refined and must contain at least 10% virgin oil and and oleic acid measuring between 3-4%. It is a popular all-purpose cooking oil because its higher smoke point and less apparent flavor than virgin oils.
OLIVE POMACE OIL
Produced from the remains of the pulps of the olive while it is extremely competitive and inexpensive it still is a healthy alternative to be used as a cooking oil in comparison to oils of seeds or sunflowers.
SALAD OIL - BLENDED
Produced as a mix of Olive Pomace Oil and Sunflower Oil is the perfect oil to be used in salad dressings.
